He expanded its services to include APEX, Cook County Source BSO, and the nation’s first AI All-Inclusive Language Accelerator Program, breaking language barriers for immigrant entrepreneurs. His strategic partnerships with SBA, DCEO, MBDA, and National ACE have provided vital resources to underserved communities.
